Formed in the Summer of 2019, San Diego-based, 17-piece Latin powerhouse, Maracuyá, specializes in presenting the highly energetic Afro-Latin Pop music known as, "Timba."

Led by percussionist Diego Velasquez, Maracuyá is composed of well-established Latin music heavyweights who, along with performing and touring nationally and internationally, are active members in the San Diego and Los Angeles communities.
